Join Our Team – Relocation Consultants Required

Join our Australia-wide team of relocation consultants
Supported by the ICC Mobility office team our consultants assist families, couples, and individuals who are being relocated to Wellington, New Zealand, and Melbourne, Australia by their employer.

Key responsibilities include:
Answering questions and providing information about life in Wellington/Melbourne
Researching available rental properties and schools
Accompanying clients to view rental properties
Assisting with property applications and lease agreement processes
Community orientation
Providing advice and support to settle clients into their new community

To be considered for this role you will have:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A friendly manner and ability to build rapport quickly with people from a wide range of backgrounds
Empathy for people experiencing stress and transition
Personal experience relocating and living overseas
Flexibility and a pro-active approach
Comprehensive knowledge of Wellington/Melbourne and suburbs
Understanding of the Wellington/Melbourne property market and residential rental processes
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A late model 4 door car
Proficiency with standard IT systems (e.g. Gsuite, MS Office) and able to BYOD (bring your own device)
Working with children check
A second language is not essential but would be an advantage

Working from home, this role will give you flexible, contract work, supporting International families looking to make Wellington/Melbourne their home.
